It is diabolical that you at Tribal Pages fail to answer our queries and technical problems - but to not send answers to Members that are needing help is outrageous and neglectful.
As we all pay our annual subscriptions it seems you lot are spending the money on one continuous holiday as you shirk your responsibilities, ignore our right to reply and fail to fulfil your responsibilities.
I suppose in line with your usual policy, you will fail to post this message of complaint as well.
If we don't have a supportive staff, or active membership it seems to put our membership here in a different light. I've always like the format of how the trees appear here vs elsewhere, but may be comparing prices and other features on other websites.
On sending this message to you I know I will get a message from TP saying that it will take a few hours to authorise it being posted... but I wonder how many days or weeks it will take? Time will tell.
The problem is that the vibrant community, that used to help one another here, cannot operate without support.
The only messages that arrive promptly are ones demanding payment - maybe we should withhold our cash until we get better support?
The lack of support is sad and frustrating. I've spent so much time here of late, updating gedcom's weekly and adding pictures galore and doing all the linking. It's time consuming, but am beginning to wonder if I'm wasting my time.
I don't like the format of ancestry trees; though I do use ancestry for research; and I really dislike that once you load a tree to the Mormon site, you can not delete it.
Need to check my dates here for renewal, so I'm prepared I guess.

Like you, I've always preferred the Tribal Pages appearance of Trees & information, but maybe we should all withhold payment until Tribal Pages sort out their support system - or simply walk away.
